inquiry

How should intelligent agents, and teams of agents, remember, reason, and remain legible to the people using them?

Auditable personal memory for agents, interfaces that make multi-agent work inspectable, and generated environments that keep a human-owned record. The site holds the evidence; this page is the document you can attach.

education

Manipal University Jaipur · B.Tech, Information Technology · 2019–2023
Minor in Computational Intelligence. Founded Phi Phenomenon, the college's research community, in 2021.
IBM Qiskit Global Summer School · 2020
Two weeks of quantum computing fundamentals and Qiskit.

selected research and projects

Marshmallow · 2026– · active
Source-backed recall for AI agents. A local-first context runtime: plain files, an explicit-learning trust gate, byte-exact rollback, MIT license, adapters for Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. Built and maintained in the open at github.com/notmehul/marshmallow. · record · github
Indra OS · July 2025 · whitepaper
An operating system for teams of agents: Queen, Scribe, workers, compiler, BeeScript plans under a credit budget. Whitepaper plus public MVP. Commercial work stopped on unit economics. · record
Larch Hollow · August 2026 · demoed
One-night world-model murder mystery for the Inception hackathon on Reactor. The model invents weather; the app owns the crime. · record
llama.cpp in a browser tab · 2023 · archived
ggml compiled with Emscripten; a JavaScript adapter as host OS; tokens in Brave. Internal R&D during the Tmotions internship. · record

methods

Sequential fail-stop checks for founder sourcing at Biome, validated against the partners' own shortlist after averaged scoring stopped separating candidates. Guardrail scoring and red-team exercises at HCLTech: truthfulness against a reference corpus, relevancy to the asked question, a safety policy screen, adversarial prompt construction. Automated in-app presence as a cold-start instrument at Slick, measured in weekly actives. Source-backed recall at Marshmallow, where a brief that invents a fact is a failed test.

employment

Biome · venture fund · 2025–present
Entrepreneur in residence, then product team; the only technical person on the team. Built the fund's sourcing platform (public signals gathered in a fixed order, a research brief on every founder, routing by team-member preference; twenty-plus hours a week returned to the team by its own count), an evaluation agent for market and financial intelligence, and the CRMs, company databases, and knowledge system underneath. · record
HCLTech · lead engineer, GenAI · July 2024 – August 2025
Lead engineer in the new GenAI division, with three engineers to train, assign, and review. LLM evaluation, guardrailing, and red-teaming platform; shipped to Fortune 500 clients (names under NDA). Pitched to prospective clients and taught prompt engineering internally. · record
Slick · 2023–24
Joined through the acqui-hire of Circles as an intern; the one person on product full time, product lead after about six months. Owned copy, notifications, and the product surface while the network grew from zero to 2.5 million users (the company's announced figure), and worked on strategy with the founder. Built the cold-start toolkit (in-app events, nudges, rewards, games, clearly automated update accounts) that multiplied weekly actives several times over. Led the social media team as creative lead, with camera and editing staff; vox pop reels at over a million impressions each on Instagram. · record
Circles · founder · 2021–23
College social network built around campus events; about 5,000 of 20,000 students, revenue from a five percent hosting commission, acqui-hired by Slick. · record
Tmotions · backend developer intern · February – June 2023
Backend work, plus the llama.cpp-to-WebAssembly exploration as internal R&D.
Venture fellowships · Rbl1, Founders Lair, and others · 2021
About ten months across venture firms in Southeast Asia and one in New York: reports, valuations, and a blockchain industry thesis written with a small group.
